3. 磨具生產(chǎn)用的白剛玉堆積密度高，單位體積內(nèi)可放入更多的磨粒，磨削或切割過(guò)程中有更多的磨料參與工作，可以提高產(chǎn)品的使用壽命。
4. 電熔白剛玉砂的粒度均勻，對(duì)粒徑范圍的控制嚴(yán)格；白剛玉微粉經(jīng)過(guò)酸洗水分工藝生產(chǎn)，無(wú)大顆粒，兼顧了表面粗糙度和研磨效率。
5. 磨具生產(chǎn)用的白剛玉顏色白度高，雜質(zhì)少，可添加各種染料制成彩色的砂輪。
6. 白剛玉的鈉含量低，阿爾法轉(zhuǎn)化率高，硬度高。白剛玉的鐵含量可以忽略不計(jì)，因而不會(huì)對(duì)磨削工件造成污染或燒傷。制成的砂輪可用于醫(yī)療、食品工業(yè)、航空航天、半導(dǎo)體等領(lǐng)域。
